Director of Huairou Laboratory Leading a Team to the Huairou Park of the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences

On September 23, the Director of the Huairou Laboratory led a team to the Huairou Park of the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences for study. They visited the Clean Energy Materials Test Diagnosis and Research and Development Platform, the Material Genome Research Platform and the Comprehensive Extreme Conditions Experimental Device, and learned about the construction progress and scientific research progress of the large scientific devices of Huairou Science City. Afterwards, a discussion was held with the Deputy Director of the Institute of Physics and relevant scientific researchers. The two parties exchanged on resource sharing and basic researches, and discussed how to carry out cooperation between Huairou Laboratory's major tasks and the large scientific devices.

The visit is the first stop for the Laboratory to gain an in-depth understanding of the capabilities of the large scientific devices in Huairou Comprehensive National Science Center. Subsequently, Huairou Comprehensive National Science Center will utilize its capabilities to provide support for the Laboratory's scientific researches, so as to achieve synergy effects in basic research, original innovation and cutting-edge technologies and jointly inject innovation momentum into China's energy sector.
