Huairou Laboratory's Series of Celebration Activities for "International Women's Day"

With the warm sunshine in March and spring returning to the earth, the New Commutation Technology Research Institute of Huairou Laboratory held a sharing session themed "Feeling 'Her Power' " on the International Women's Day. Staff of the institute shared their study experience, work experience, life experience and life insights and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions regarding "how to unleash the power of women in scientific research work".

"True self-confidence does not come from the recognition of others, but from achieving your goals through your own efforts." "I love my current scientific research work, but I also hope to pick up my childhood hobbies and become an artsy girl." Female employees talked about their understanding of "her power" and shared their wonderful views on self-awareness, ideals, beliefs, and value realization based on their own scientific research work.

At the end of the exchange, each female employee received a customized gift, ending the sharing session with a warm atmosphere. This activity fully demonstrated the charisma of female employees of Huairou Laboratory, deepened mutual understanding, and increased team cohesion and morale.
