Huairou Laboratory Organizing an Academic Sharing Session for Young Scientists

Huairou Laboratory recently held an academic sharing meeting for young scientists to further strengthen academic exchanges, create a good academic atmosphere, and promote the exchange and mutual learning among scientific research teams. More than 60 people, including leaders of the Laboratory and members of relevant scientific research teams, attended the session.

Representatives of young scientists reported on their academic growth path, main scientific research results and research prospects, and shared their thoughts and feelings after joining the Laboratory. Researchers from relevant scientific research teams actively engaged. They conducted interactive discussions on scientific issues, which effectively promoted communication and integration among various teams and disciplines.

After the exchange and interaction, leaders of the Laboratory stressed that the Laboratory would adhere to its responsibilities and mission and make full use of various support policies to create a good environment for talent growth. Researchers should focus on scientific research tasks, be willing to sit on the "cold bench", produce more results with a down-to-earth attitude, grow together with the Laboratory, and strive to make due contribution to China's sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening at higher levels in the energy sector.
