Delegation of Huairou Lab Visits Harbin Electric Corporation

Recently, Laboratory Director Tang Guangfu led a delegation to Harbin Electric Corporation (HE). The delegation engaged in in-depth discussions with Cao Zhi'an, Chairman of HE, focusing on areas such as scientific and technological innovation, talent cultivation, and the demonstration of research outcomes. Joining the delegation were CAE Academician Liu Jizhen, head of the Huairou Lab's research team; Dong Anyou, Assistant Director of Huairou Laboratory; and Liu Qingyong, Deputy General Manager of HE.

Tang Guangfu introduced the construction progress of Huairou Laboratory over the past three years and expressed gratitude to HE for their long-term strong support. He hopes both sides will build on the Laboratory's major projects to jointly advance the 300-megawatt demonstration unit at Langfang Power Plant under the CHN Energy, promote subsequent engineering demonstrations, and continue to collaborate on national key scientific and technological projects in related fields.

Cao Zhi'an extended congratulations on the achievements made by Huairou Laboratory since its establishment three years ago. He stated that HE will fully support the development of Huairou Laboratory and work hand in hand with the Laboratory in areas such as technological innovation, project expansion, team support, and the commercialization of research outcomes.

The delegation visited HE's two national key labs, and conducted site visits to the ultra-low load stable combustion research platform and the flue gas molten salt heat storage research platform jointly built by Huairou Laboratory and HE.

Responsible persons from relevant departments of Huairou Laboratory, as well as responsible persons from relevant departments and enterprises of HE, participated in the event.
