Huairou Laboratory Establishing the Postdoctoral Research Station

Under the coordinated efforts of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Huairou Laboratory established the Postdoctoral Research Station in January 2022. The Station can independently recruit postdoctoral researchers from all disciplines. It aims to build an important bridge for communication among well-known experts and scholars in the energy field, introduce and cultivate innovative high-quality talents in the energy field, and create a high-end scientific and technological talent force to support the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" strategy.

According to the scientific research layout of Huairou Laboratory, in 2022, the Postdoctoral Research Station will recruit postdoctoral researchers in ten directions, including offshore wind power, new photovoltaic power generation, green hydrogen energy and storage, efficient and flexible coal-fired power generation, clean coal conversion, carbon capture, utilization and storage, new power grid construction, flexible power transmission and transformation equipment and devices, energy digital fusion technology, and multi-energy collaborative interaction.
